Beginners Yoga Course
This course is designed for those new to yoga. It will give you the basics in yoga poses, breathing and tips and tricks for trouble shooting problem areas. You will build flexibility, strength and confidence in your body. Designed to go at your own pace and enjoy your progress along the way. At the end of the end of the course feel free to repeat the course as you have a lifetime membership or you will be more prepared for entry into an in-person or live-stream yoga class.
